Terms & Conditions
Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation and hold the date. You will be invoiced with a link to make a payment.
You will be invoiced for lawn display items that are missing or damaged.
For our safety, please make sure someone at the delivery location is aware that we will be coming.
Please do not vandalize our signs or throw them in the garbage. These items are our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree (and family) to not harm the display as you are still responsible for it.
We do ask that you treat the yard display with respect. Please do not remove signs.
Please do not use any adhesive on our display. Any for of tape or adhesive will ruin the signs.
Please do not mow your lawn while our yard greetings are installed as they can be damaged from flying debris. If you have a lawn crew please ask them to come the day before set up or after.
We cannot install signs in rocky yards or artificial grass.
For the safety of everyone, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the yard greetings. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a child or adult sitting, leaning or playing on them.
We can not deliver during turbulent weather. IF weather becomes an issue we will contact you to make other delivery arrangements. In the event that we are unable to set up due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund or reschedule for a different date.
Delivery Set Up & Pick up
Your personalized Greeting is a 24 hr rental. Delivery, set up and pick up is between 6pm- 10pm. We will try our best to accommodate for special delivery times if requested. Please make sure to mow before we deliver, or reschedule your lawn crew for after we have picked up your greeting. Mowing and weed eating anywhere near the signs causes damage. Also make sure to water your lawn the days leading up to your delivery.
